The accommodation is in a quiet location and has direct access from the street with free parking. The house has a spacious open living area and a kitchen equipped with every comfort, two bedrooms, one bathroom, another toilet and a large, private terrace with many tropical plants and wonderful sea views.
The complex offers a swimming pool, supermarket, café/bar and a sportsground. The most beautiful beach of Gran Canaria, Anfi del Mar beach with caribbean sand and many shops, restaurants, gym etc. are nearby and can be used by the public.
